Mario Badescu Skin Care is looking for a Social Media Manger to run our Uk social handles. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented social media professional with a passion for skincare and experience in content creation, community engagement, and brand marketing. The coordinator will focus on creating and posting content that directly supports our retailers and followers.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the UK market, aligning with key brand initiatives and retailer priorities.Create high-quality, engaging social media content (including graphics, captions, and short-form videos) that highlights our presence at our current retail partners like Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Harvey Nichols and more...Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams to gather retailer-specific promotions, new product launches, and campaign updates.Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy.Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovative content ideas.Qualifications:Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.Strong understanding of Instagram best practices, trends, and analytics tools.Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the UK beauty retail landscape, particularly Boots and Sephora uk, is a plus.Must be based in LondonIf youre passionate about beauty and social media and want to contribute to the growth of Mario Badescu in Canada, wed love to hear from you!
