A highly regarded mental health care provider is looking for an Area & Quality Assurance Manager (AQAM) to oversee and drive excellence across multiple residential and supported living services in Kent, Medway, East Sussex, and West Sussex . Salary: Circa 60,000 + up to 7,400 in bonuses Location: Multi-site role (Kent, Medway, East Sussex, West Sussex) Benefits: Private Health Insurance, Pension, Laptop & More The Role As AQAM, you will: Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across all services Conduct detailed service-wide audits every six months Lead and manage six Service Managers , ensuring high standards Drive occupancy growth and business development What Were Looking For Level 5 QCF (or equivalent) and 3+ years managing CQC-registered services Experience overseeing multiple CQC services and delivering Good+ ratings Strong leadership skills and experience managing Registered Managers Knowledge of CQC regulations, DoLS, Adult Protection, and SOVA Experience in residential care , ideally within mental health services Full UK Driving License and strong business development skills Why Apply?
