Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to work for a well-established, independent, family run business. This permanent role will be covering the Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Bucks and Hertfordshire areas including 1 day a week in the Maidenhead hub, which is where the initial training and administration will be based from. Monday - Friday. 40 hours a week (flexible due to own diary management). GBP26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission. The main responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative are but not limited to: Giving exceptional service to new and existing clients and delivering sales of high quality products. Targeting new business opportunities. Administration including completing quotations, emails, reports and diary management. Maintaining customer records on the company system. Liaising with Line Manager for weekly work plans, reports and sales updates. The Field Sales Representative will need to have the below qualities and skills: A sales background including client engagement to understand client needs and requirements to be able to match those to solutions. Exceptional customer service and excellent client relationship management. Basic computer skills. Passionate for success. Excellent organisation skills. A full driving licence is essential.
