Job Title : Service and Repair Contracts Manager Location: Liverpool Salary : 45,000 - 55,000 per year Benefits : Competitave salary up to 55,000 Van and fuel card supplied Working on a large social housing contract Role Overview : Lead and manage the regional service and repair team, including subcontractors, to deliver high-quality work, meet client KPIs, and achieve profit targets. Build strong client relationships, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of customer care. Key Responsibilities : Operational Leadership : Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Operations Director to manage service and repair operations. Cost & Financial Management : Monitor costs, manage budgets, and ensure timely invoicing and month-end completion. Staff Management : Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, and adherence to company policies. Quality Control & Compliance : Ensure KPIs, contractual compliance, and service standards are met. Client Relations : Build and maintain client relationships, address complaints, and secure timely payments. Fleet Management : Ensure the teams fleet is well-maintained and report any issues. Health & Safety : Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Team Development : Lead, coach, and develop the team, ensuring high performance and growth. Key Skills & Experience : Experience in managing service and repair contracts. Strong leadership and financial management skills. Excellent customer service and client relationship abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and Gas Safe requirements. Qualifications : Gas Safe registered. Relevant industry certifications. Full, clean driving license.
