The company is seeking a hardworking individual to join their team and contribute to their exciting project in Bridgewater Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (Near M5 J24) Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: 22nd April Duration: Up to 4 years Pay Rates: Basic: 20.14 per hour Overtime A: 28.20 per hour Overtime B: 36.26 per hour Potential Bonus: 2.02 per hour Key Responsibilities of the Electrical/Mechanical Labourer Role: Handle tools and machinery required for fabrication work, such as drills, cold cut saws, and torque wrenches Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and organised Read and understand basic engineering drawings Maintain accurate records of work completed Transport materials to the main site as needed Perform general labour tasks, including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment Prepare and clean the worksite before and after tasks Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate safety equipment What the Company is Looking for in an Electrical/Mechanical Labourer: Previous experience in an Electrical/Mechanical Labourer or similar role Basic understanding of fabrication work and tools Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Ability to take initiative and work independently when required Why Choose this Electrical/Mechanical Labourer Opportunity?
