We are therefore focused on attracting the best talent and are dedicated to creating an environment where our staff are empowered, with the ability to develop.We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a HSEQ Advisor to join our manufacturing team in and work between our Rotherham & Stockton sites.This role pays between 40,000-50,000 with additional benefits including electric pick up truck.Join Glacier Energy as we continue to contribute towards a sustainable future, develop the skills necessary to support a net zero economy and drive positive change.PositionAssist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performanceEnsure legal and other requirements are metProvide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related mattersDeliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topicsAudit compliance to standards and legal requirementsEnsure accurate records are maintained and in dateParticipate in QHSE meetings and investigationsAssist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvementComplete client questionnaires and participate in external auditsRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar roleNEBOSH or equivalentExperience and understanding of management system standardsAttributesStrong problem solving and analytical skillsConfident, with excellent communication and inter-personal skillsEfficient, with great attention to detail.Committed to continuous learning and developmentThorough, tenacious and results orientated#J-18808-Ljbffr
