You also get 50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split 100!Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with set shifts of 7.45am 10.45am and 17.45 20.45. So no more cook to order, everything is ready to go bang on 18.30 when our eager guests arrive!Qualities and skills you can bring to the table:Coordinate daily, front and back of house restaurant operationsDeliver superior service and maximise customer satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfactionOrganise and supervise staffing for twice daily meal times for our guestsMentor new waiting staff with the correct operational procedures for the RestaurantGreeting and serving guests with food and drinks as required.Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistantsWork as a team with other staff in the dining room, and effectively be able to communicate with the Kitchen staff.Active listening and effective communication skillsManagement: 1 year (Preferred)Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)A little bit about us.We are Daishs Holidays, a fast-growing family-run holiday operator with 12 stunning hotels across the UK and a fleet of own luxury coaches.
