How you can make your markMake your mark as a HSE Advisor at Gardline!We are looking for an HSE Advisor to join our team to provide proactive support to all levels of the business on matters of Health, Safety and the Environment.The primary aim of the HSE Advisor is to continually ensure the health and safety of Gardline employees, contractors and visitors and to minimise the impact the Company has on the environment.The HSE Advisor will strive to meet the companys goal of zero harm to people and the environment through repeatedly meeting, and where possible exceeding, the health, safety and environmental obligations and standards we set.This role is office based in Great Yarmouth.Your responsibilities include:Promotion, implementation and monitoring of the HSE cultureDevelopment of procedures and systems to compliment and improve our current practicesImplementation of training and coaching for HSE related subjects throughout the companyProviding support to the Head of SHEQProviding HSE Support to their allocated vessels whilst on and off contractCompleting HSE sections of tenders and providing contract reviews for HSEManaging shore based HSE for their allocated sites and liaising with safety reps, fire wardens and first aidersWorking on safety observation cards to completion for both onshore and offshore sitesPromoting our behavioural safety programme, NINA, throughout the business and conducting vessel training sessions for thisManaging any 3rd party Offshore HSE Advisors on projectAttending client meetings and conducting HIRAsConducting Incident investigations and reportingConducting in-house training and creating content for our training platform, Learning LabWe offerYour qualitiesFind out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.You can make your mark as a HSE Advisor if you have:Passion, personal drive and tenacityA NEBOSH certificate qualificationDemonstrable previous experience auditing HSE systems, conducting incident investigations and working in a complex and diverse organisationAbility to write clear and concise reportsPrevious experience in offshore industry and TechIOSH are preferred but not essentialExcellent communication skills to liaise at all levels across the businessTeam spirit together with a proactive and collaborative work ethicAbout BoskalisGardline Limited is part of the Boskalis group of companies.
