In this role, you will support the Farm Manager in maintaining high welfare and operational standards.You will be responsible for managing ventilation, heating, lighting, and feed and water systems to maintain optimal conditions for bird welfare. You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards while keeping accurate farm records, including data on birds, feed, and suppliers.As a key member of the team, you will supervise and coordinate Farm Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and provide cover for the Farm Manager during rest or holiday periods.
