This exciting opportunity is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. As a key support to the Head of Production, youll ensure compliance with industry standards, contribute to continuous improvement, and champion QHSE practices across the organisation.The Role:As a QHSE Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Production and the wider business by ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices. This includes coordinating QHSE processes, maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and other certifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your efforts will help foster a strong safety culture and contribute to the organization's operational excellence.Key Responsibilities of the QHSE Administrator:Manage and support quality control processes and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and related certificationsCoordinate risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring all QHSE documentation is accurate and up to dateAct as the primary contact for QHSE matters, driving regulatory compliance and fostering a positive safety cultureSupport QHSE training initiatives, employee inductions, and vendor assessmentsRequirements of the QHSE Administrator:Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration or coordination roleStrong organisational and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsKnowledge of QHSE regulations and the ability to adapt proactively to changes in legislation is desirable but not essentialCertifications like NEBOSH or IOSH would be an advantageBenefits:25 days annual leave + bank holidaysShare Incentive PlanLife Assurance, Critical Illness, long-term disabilityEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEnhanced Maternity and Paternity payCycle to Work schemeNote on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
