This in accordance with priorities agreed by the lead pharmacist for the specialist area and the clinical site lead pharmacist.The post holder will successfully meet set competencies designed to develop the qualities, skills and knowledge expected to move to a Band 7. The post holder will be expected to promote the safe, cost effective and rational use of drug therapy to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to all of our patients, their families and carers.
