Position: Security SupervisorIf you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Pay rate: 13.90 per hourShift Pattern: 6 nights = 3 offLocation: Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1ANMust Have:Valid CCTV licenceProven work experience as a CCTV Security Supervisor - min 1 yearRobust leadership and supervision skills, adept at inspiring and efficiently managing teams.Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability.Profound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to analyse intricate security issues and devise effective solutions.IT literate - Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipmentDuties:Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring efficient task completionReport any issues to the duty managerAlways conduct yourself in a professional mannerProvide regular foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the clients property and assets.Provide a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.Respond to emergenciesDeal with conflict in an appropriate manner if requiredWrite up incidents to the standard expected by ManagementCarry out ID checksBe vigilant to the Health and Safety risksExcellent communication skills to all levels verbally, written, phone and by security radiosCan work effectively as part of a team or can work on own initiativeA positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challengesWho We Are:Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
