Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) - Eating DisordersWe are looking for a professional, confident Ward Manager (RMN / RNLD) who can lead, inspire & oversee the delivery of the very best care. You'll be working 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) at Cygnet Hospital Ealing.We are looking for a Ward Manager to join us on Sunrise Ward. Sunrise Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. We focus on supporting individuals to attain a healthy BMI and prepare for a return to home.Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.Services are delivered in a purpose-built therapeutic environment where the focus is on maximising positive outcomes and recovery.
