The scheme is designed to challenge, as well as give you vital experience in Operations, Commercial, Port Management, Compliance, Strategy and Project Management. Youll be based in the Southampton Region with the opportunity to spend at least four months working at one of our other UK ports.Were looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above, with the potential to become a future leader in Port Management. Youll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although youll primarily be based in Southampton, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations.
