An exciting opportunity awaits a passionate Veterinary Surgeon at a busy two-site small animal hospital in Hove, East Sussex. With its exciting and diverse culture, beautiful beach and seafront, and excellent transport links to central London and Gatwick Airport, Brighton and the surrounding area is a fantastic place to live.Services/Facilities: They are a two-site practice with an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, digital dental x-ray, and operating theatre. They have a strong focus on career development and progression and actively support and encourage CPD and further training.Team: The team is made up of 5 Vets, 7 Registered Nurses, 2 Student nurses, and 5 support team members. With a local veterinary network of partner practices and referral hospitals, they can collaborate and benefit from working with local Advanced Practitioners and Specialists to support with cases and upskill.Role: This practice has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join the team.Duties: You will consult, have dedicated operating days (at least 1-2 per week), care for inpatients, and have regular communication with clients allowing you to build your client base.Hours:Full-time position but we will consider job share and part-time applicants.Full-time is 40 hours over 4 or 5 days per week.1:4 Saturday mornings, and no out-of-hours.Candidate: They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with some years of experience and who works well as part of a team.
