Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 15-20 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Oversee IT infrastructure, including VMware and Wintel systems, Fortinet networking, Azure cloud environments, Postgres and SQL databases, and Dell EMC Power store storage solutions.Implement and uphold ITIL service management frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.Guide the deployment and maintenance of legal-specific systems, including Case Management and Practice Management solutions.Strengthen cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks within a legal setting.Effectively prioritise and manage multiple initiatives, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
