You will lead and manage all HR activity- and therefore experienced HR generalist who will strive to create a positive work environment, while implementing effective HR strategies is what they are looking for! You will lead a small team to provide excellent services to the stakeholders across the organisation.The Senior HR Manager will:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategySupport across Employee relations- leading on issues that arise of all complexityManage the recruitment and selection processHave responsibility for the overall HR strategy across the organisation- both academic and non academic employeesOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceManage the reward and benefits offeringManage a small HR team of 4They are looking for:A level 7 CIPD qualificationProven experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business PartnerIn-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of UK employment law and disciplinary proceduresExperience of managing and leading a teamand...experience in Higher Education would be a real advantage!Please note - the majority of the time (4-5 days) a week, this will be in the office in central Oxford.Thank you
