Maintenance Operative Your new company Our client is a well-established company looking for a Maintenance Operative to join their team.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.This role will be based in Paisley however you will be working across various sites, carrying out a range of general building repairs and maintenance tasks.Your new role As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various sites. Completing general building tasks, including joinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving, drainage, and plumbing. Assisting with facilities support, such as furniture assembly, site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy. Responding to out-of-hours alarm activations when required. Ensuring all work follows health and safety policies, identifying hazards, and conducting risk assessments. Working independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently. Recording all work completed in the internal PMR system.What youll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: A broad range of maintenance and repair skills. The ability to work indoor and outdoor in varying conditions. Basic IT skills (training on in-house systems will be provided). Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different tasks.
