This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering good outcomes for our customers.Reporting to the Head of Business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive group whilst representing an amazing brand. You oversee a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, the team oversee both New and Used Vehicle Sales. We are looking for someone to drive the team and Business forward. Managing a team of Sales Executives.Motivating the team to deliver good outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles, finance and insurance productsLiaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email, Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective mannerWorking to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and onlineEnsuring excellent customer service that results in good customer outcomes is consistently recognised in high customer satisfaction index scoresCollating finance proposals for customers which are in the best interests of the customer What do I need? To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry with main dealership experience.
