In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the following:Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve our sales growth targetsIdentifying new business opportunities and emerging marketsBuild relationships with clients and potential customersNegotiate and offer solutions for our clients on our products, services and vehicle specificationAct as conduit between the operational team and our client to assist in delivering brilliant customer serviceResearch the market and competition on a frequent basisAttend traded shows, exhibitions or eventsRoutinely liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and our Operational support teamWhat Were Looking For:A minimum of 3 years selling in a B2B environmentAbility to build a quality pipeline of leads and prospectsA tenacious approach to create new opportunities through self-sourced leadsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPossess a comprehensive set of strategies for lead generation, which encompasses methods such as cold calling, prospecting and vehicle spotting.Ability to "Solution" sell (identify issues that our products and service fix)Willingness to embrace CRM complianceStrong networker - Credible and delivers on promisesTake responsibility for own performanceA desire to WinAs we grow, so will your responsibilities.
