You show great care and commitment, and as an exceptional communicator.In this team, everyone collaborates and supports each other, ensuring all tasks are completed seamlessly.This exciting role is ideal for someone interested in learning all about the nuanced operations of a co-living space.What Youll Be DoingLeading theHub teamto deliver warm, high-quality service.Managingmember arrivals and departures, from short stays (1-89 nights) to long stays (3-12 months).Keeping things running smoothlyoverseeingfront-of-house operations, post & parcel management, and day-to-day logistics.Collaborating with teams acrossLettings, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenanceto maintain top-tier service.Creating asafe, welcoming, and solution-focusedenvironment for all members.Handling feedback with aproactive and people-firstapproach.This is a hands-on role in afast-paced, community-drivensetting.
