SAAS ACCOUNT MANAGER 190 Per Day Inside IR35 .My Client is a global flagship telecoms, services and solutions business that also offers market leading fleet management and telematics (IoT) solutions to enterprise clients. They have SME customers in the UK and Netherlands to look after and manage and a position in their Account Management Team has opened up for someone who can:Deal with incoming customer inquiries related to contractual, product and other matters as well as escalations.Initiate outbound interaction with the customers to address existing outstanding issues, renewals and churn risks or potential growth opportunities.Assist customers and local teams with billing queriesActively look for growth, referral, and expansion sales opportunities.Proactively manage renewals pipeline identifying and addressing potential risks.This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Reading Head OfficeIf you have a general understanding of Internet Of Things products and SaaS and have a background in SaaS account management this might be a chance to work for one of the finest telecoms businesses in the world with a market leading service and product.
