Role: Bathroom Showroom ManagerSector: Bathroom SalesLocation: ReadingSalary: 36,000 - 42,000 (Depending on Experience) + Uncapped BonusWe currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bathroom Showroom Manager for a leading plumbing & heating distributor. The right candidate will be well versed in dealing with both trades and retail public who will visit the showroom.A fantastic opportunity for the successful Bathroom Showroom Manager to make the role there own and lead from the front. There is a high degree of autonomy in this role and it is a new showroom with a fantastic series of displays. This is a highly successful branch to be involved with.It is a great opportunity for the right showroom manager / bathroom designer / bathroom salesperson to come and drive the sales. A proactive approach to sales and business development is critical. We need someone who isn't going to just sit and wait for the business to walk in. We need someone to get out there and grab the work. It is time to make a name for yourself!!You will be part of a larger team and that is key. We need to find someone who will take ownership of the Bathroom Showroom and come into the role with the right professionalism and enthusiasm to make the role successful.Experience working within the Plumbing and Heating Supplies sector with some Bathroom knowledge would also be of interest!About the companyOur client is a leading Plumbers Merchants with a National network of branches.
