Together at BY TERRY, we make it up, we make it real, we make it recur.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Support:Respond to all email queries in a timely and professional manner.Assist customers with order, delivery, and product enquiries.Provide expert shade-matching advice to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance brand loyalty.Manage and track customer complaints, ensuring a swift resolution.Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.Update and maintain customer service FAQs and internal resources.Identify and escalate recurring customer concerns to improve processes.Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.Assist in the development of automated responses and chat support enhancements.Digital Marketing & E-commerce Support:Assist with ad copywriting for digital campaigns.Contribute creative ideas for digital advertising assets.Support the briefing and execution of paid media ads.Resize images for various digital marketing campaigns.Assist in launching and optimising new digital channels.Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.Provide support to the digital agency, including ad hoc requests, data analysis, and calendar updates.Requirements:Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and luxury beauty.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and customer service best practices.Experience with Photoshop or other image-editing tools is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Salary : 24K
