The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-level, confidential hiring process. About the Role:Lead the full-cycle executive recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring top-tier executives.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs, business goals, and company culture.Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top executive talent.Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates in various industries.Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment.Support and enhance the employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
