Justteachers are working with a school in North Coventry who are looking for an Early Years Teacher from September 2025 until the end of the academic year with a view of extension for the following year. The school are looking for a consistently good/outstanding classroom practitioner with experience with the Early Years. You will be someone who is highly driven and motivated, has an eye for detail, and can work flexible and creatively and continue the journey towards raising quality of provision and standards in EYFS. Duties for this role: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote the learning and development of children in the EYFS. Plan and assess childrens progress, adapting activities to meet the needs of individual learners. Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love of learning. Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the quality of EYFS provision. Use observation and assessment to track childrens development and provide feedback to parents and carers. Support childrens social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework. Maintain high standards of behaviour, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Contribute to the ongoing development of EYFS practices and provision within the school. Actively engage with the school community, including parents, to support children's progress. TPBN1_UKTJ
