Key Responsibilities: - Respond to windscreen repairs and replacements and all types of glass replacement services (no HGV) - Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods. - Install and replace windscreens using industry-standard techniques and tools. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: - Previous experience in windscreen repair and replacement or a related field preferred. - Relevant certifications or training in automotive glass repair. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
