We are looking for inspirational teachers and wider staff to help us realise our vision for delivering excellence.Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all of our specialist schools and childrens homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with a complexity of need including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs.As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.Our Senior Psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and childrens homes, ensuring that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care, and support we offer all of our children and young people. The kind of person were looking for will:Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPCBe a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needsHave experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiencesBe a confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainerBe highly organised and ready to take the initiativeBe committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young peopleBe a member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPDHave lengthy sector experience and a background in team supervision are all vitalBe a car driver, as theres some travel involvedThis is a great opportunity to change young lives and have a positive impact on their future.
