They have a structured training and development programme and a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from major regeneration to small bespoke timber-frame developments. This company rarely recruits externally but has been left with no choice after a run of successful land acquisitions.In order to be successful, you will need a sound knowledge of NHBC and Building Regulations, Lifetime Homes, Scheme Development Standards, Secured by Design, CDM, and Code for Sustainable Homes.
