With the support of our Marketing, Pre-Sales & Technical teams, you will undertake a consultative sales approach to ensure Kromes solutions 'services meet and exceed client requirements.ResponsibilitiesQuickly develop an understanding of Kromes technical solutions and offeringsProspect, sell and close business into net new clients across all sectorsBe a strong sales hunter who maintains and nurtures longstanding trusted client relationsManage the sales process with a tight control over each stageEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions through cross-team collaborationManage pipeline and KPIs, through effective use of our CRM and associated systems, to ensure consistent and long-term successCollaborate with the wider team to identify and grow opportunitiesKeep up-to-date with market and industry trendsRequirementsProven ability to hunt new name business using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniquesProven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environmentA minimum of 2 years IT sales background preferableTeam player - ability to interact with teammates and partners, fairly and respectfullyBe proactive / results-driven with strong problem-solving skillsMust work well in an entrepreneurial environment; be a self-starter, and a visionary sellerEngaging communication skills - excellent written and spoken English essentialLocal commuting distance to our HQ in Chertsey (Surrey) is highly desirableFull UK Driving Licence preferableThis is a Monday to Friday role 9:00am 5:00pm based at Kromes HQ in Chertsey (Surrey).
