Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting forHGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) for our customers in the UB postcode area (Uxbridge/ Hayes/ Northolt/ Greenford/ West Drayton etc)PLEASE NOTE ALL ROLES ARE ON A TEMPORARY ADHOC BASIS - SHIFTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED17.00 to 19.00 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) (Depending on experience, overtime, nights, weekends etc)Excellent rates of pay!Weekly pay!On-going position for the right candidates!Register today and start work within 1 week!Auto-enrolment pension after 3 months! Requirements:Valid UK CAT C licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN or MS90 endorsements)Valid CPC and TACHOManual driving licenceYou must be over the age of 25 years for insurance purposesAt least 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience (references required)Have more than 90 days appropriate driving experience (Cat C) in the past 12 monthsPhysically fit, as some jobs require lifting and shiftingExcellent verbal and written Englishskills to interact with customers and team membersFamiliarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standardsType of shifts (depending on Company):A to B drops, Multi drop deliveries in and around M25 (up to 10 drops)Movies/TV and EventsBuilders merchants and ScaffoldingInsulation& Dry LiningShifts are mainly during the week - Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)All-round Duties:Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely mannerSecure load onto vehicle (strapping)Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issuesPerform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fuel levels, tyre pressure, and fluid levelsMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumptionAdhere to all traffic laws and regulationsRates of pay:We are paying for minimum 8 hours a dayOvertime is paid after 9 hours (breaks are not paid)PAYE between 17.00 and 19.00 per hour (rates differ for experience, nights, weekends, bank/public holidays and overtime)For the right candidates we are willing to up-skill you (HIAB certificate) ???????If you are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for driving and delivering excellent service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Class 2 Driver!JBRP1_UKTJ
