Were looking for hard-working and qualified people to help us expand.Among the various call analytics and AI automation solutions at iovox, we have an emerging, global opportunity to expand our business in the restaurant and hospitality industry, starting in the UK.With an estimated 1 billion in UK dining revenue facilitated through iovoxs booking integrations with leading table management platforms over the past decade, we are expanding our investment in this vital and growing market.The iovox solutions have compelling and proven customer ROI metrics. The UK market is ideally positioned for rapid growth with opportunities for further expansion in other European markets already served by iovoxs other divisions (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal among others).The Role:We intend to hire an ambitious, entrepreneurial sales manager with a track record of outperforming sales targets.You will grow the use of our AI automation technology in the UK restaurant industry with later expansion into Europe. With the full support of software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff, this is a player-coach sales role initially which means we expect you to help build and implement the next generation of our go-to-market plans that meet or exceed sales targets.As you succeed, we intend to expand the sales team around you.You will be focused on the following tasks:Work with executive management to build and implement a go-to-market plan that includes researching target customers, conducting outreach, forecasts, and building budgets to support.Provide input on, and assist with, the development of market-specific content and collateral necessary for the sales process.Supporting existing table management integration partners ensuring win-win opportunities.Internal weekly, month, quarterly reporting.Keep CRM updated daily.Recruit, train and manage additional staff as part of building a high performing team.Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets.Your attitude, curiosity, analytical skills, and willingness to work hard are very important to us. Ideally you will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.Essential Skills:Quantifiable track record of outperforming sales targets.Technical understanding how our services are used by our customers and ability to translate the benefits into easy-to-understand language.Metrics orientedOrganized. Hit deadlines. History of following up on opportunities.Familiar with project management tools.Excellent verbal and written skills in English.Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.Experience with the Office 365 Suite and CRM tools5+ years sales experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.Ability to travel within the UK.Productive in a remote working environment.
