(NHS Partnerships Director).Do you?:Live currently in the UK (with full eligibility to work)Have a strong legal background with good experience in writing complex contractsHave experience of working with Pharma / Biotech with a focus on NHS partnershipsIf you have a strong legal background, sharp commercial instincts, and a track record of writing complex health system (NHS) partnerships and watertight contracts, I am keen to chat to you about this opportunity.The ideal candidate is someone whos worked in a similar role within pharma or biotech, possibly with earlier NHS experience under their belt, and most certainly with a robust legal background.In this role, you'll be the key conduit between commercial teams (who scope partnership opportunities with the NHS), the internal legal experts, and the external client. Youll turn bold partnership ideas into robust, executable contracts, structuring deliverables, KPIs, and risk frameworks that satisfy all sides. Translating strategic intent into legally-sound, outcomes-driven reality.Youll need to be as comfortable in a stakeholder meeting with NHS clients as you are dissecting contractual clauses with in-house legal counsel. Its a role that requires collaboration, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge and guide internal teams to ensure contracts are not only compliant but commercially effective.Remote position ideally UK based. This is a senior director level position.
