Leading by example, youll motivate and develop your team to ensure proactive maintenance and equipment reliability. Your key responsibilities will include:Executing planned and unplanned maintenance with a strong focus on safetyEnsuring site assets are maintained and available at all timesImplementing safe systems of work for all activitiesMaintaining accurate engineering stock control and documentationCoaching production colleagues to improve equipment performanceDriving a culture of continuous improvement and reliabilityWhat Were Looking For:Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 17th edition certification Strong fault-finding skills & solid mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs)Excellent communication & leadership skills able to liaise with teams & contractorsAbility to work with computerised maintenance systemsExperience in food processing & packaging equipment (preferred, but training available)Who youll be working with:My client is home to some of the UK & Irelands most iconic brands.
