Justteachers are working with a large school in South Warwickshire, seeking a full-time teaching assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. Ideal candidates will have experience as a teaching assistant, though those with relevant care experience will also be considered. This role is a fixed term vacancy starting April 25 until July 18 ona full time basis. This role offers the chance to join a school with a supportive headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, adapting materials to meet individual learning requirements. Support pupils with personal care needs where necessary. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to implement tailored support plans. Foster positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and confidence. Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents as required. Promote positive behaviour and well-being in line with the school's policy You will need: Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children) Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced) A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer.
