We are pleased to announce that we have a new opportunity within the Security Department at our office in Kent.Responsibilities:Installation of Cat5/Cat6/6a/Cat7 cablingInstallation/mounting of a wide range of floor standing and wall-mounted enclosuresCapability to install patch cables to scheduleTesting/commissioning systems on completion for coverage against designInstallation of wireless access pointsInstallation of all forms of cable containment and racks/enclosuresSkills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience performing cabling dutiesExceptional customer service skills with expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving complex computer-related problems.Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and network operating systems and various configurationsAbility to listen and analyse customer needsAdditional Requirements:CSCS & ECS is advantageous.Electric qualification is advantageous.Full & clean driving licenceLocated in North KentTechnology has changed since we started BDR in 1991.
