Thirty semester hours from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE) to include six semester hours in a risk-management field may be substituted for each year of experience on a year-for-year basis.Successful completion of the Alternate Unit Risk Manager (AURM), Collateral Duty Safety Officer (CDSO), or Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) certification programs preferred.The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will be $3,789.29. The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally applicable to this position.
