Reporting to the CTPO, and working closely with cross-functional teams, the role ensures that Clue develops and delivers the right product for our business, customers and target market enabling the business to sell the product. You will be responsible for setting, overseeing, and managing every aspect of the product development lifecycle and communicating our roadmap both internally and externally. You will be very structured in your approach to decision-making using data as a bedrock and being a hands-on Product Manager for parts of our roadmap.Key AccountabilitiesDetermining the right product for the businessResearching and gathering insights across the market, customers, competitors, and product usage.Identifying and analysing attractive market segments and developing propositions, positioning business cases to exploit the chosen segments.Be responsible for the product direction, strategy, roadmap, and pricing.Helping the business to build the productWork closely with the technology team to ensure the roadmap is consistently delivered in the most reliable, timely, and effective way.Work closely with the internal stakeholders and experts to best utilise the available knowledge whilst challenging and bringing new ideas and approaches.Helping the business to deliver the productBe responsible for product launches and promotional activities to build momentum internally and externally to the business.Work with sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure enablement and alignment for target markets, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits and sales tools.Provide suitable product training and content to ensure Clue team members can speak confidently about our products within their roles.Key role measuresDeliver to Product roadmapProduct usageProduct ARPUProduct NPSExperience and skillsOur ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:Strong full lifecycle product management experience in a B2B SaaS software environment.Experience of making good commercial decisions based on market, customer and competitor analysis, and strong experience prioritising a roadmap based on logical reasoning.Experience in a small, medium, or scaling environment.Experience leading a small team, including coaching and mentoring product owners, product designers and product managers.Strong experience creating structure and process, creating a high-performing product environment.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate logical arguments.Diversity, Equity and InclusionIf youre excited about this role but your experience doesnt align perfectly, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us more about yourself.
