The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.You will be the Air Conditioning Supervisor for the area, so your week will be split between these duties and working on the tools.Location: Mobile - MidlandsMain Duties & Responsibilities:Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdownsHave install experience (retrofit/system replacements)Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systemsProduce quotations for works/remedials following service visitsWork on Splits, VRFs, AHUs, DX systems, and some Central PlantBe able to work alone and with other team members when necessaryComplete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premisesBe part of the Out of Hours Call Out RotaRole includes Van, Uniform, PDA, and Mobile PhoneEssential Qualifications and Experience:C&G 2079 Cat1NVQ Level 3 or similarF-GasGood Mechanical & Electrical BackgroundExperience in a similar roleKnowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairsSound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activitiesPrepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rotaGood communication and organisation skillsUK Driving LicenseGood understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word, etc.Employee Benefits:Overtime x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidaysStandby rate is 15 per day and 50 on bank holidays24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata into shifts for shift workers)Ability to buy and sell holidays buy 5 days 'sell 2 daysLife assuranceAuto-enrolment company pension schemeEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Cycle to work schemePurchase an electric vehicle via salary sacrificeEmployee discounts with various brandsLearning and development programs, training, and career opportunities.About Us:Were Integral, part of JLL.
