In this role, youll utilise ITIL Service Management skills and experience to proactively deliver application management and support processes throughout the entire application lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of highly effective, reliable, and efficient solutions to our business users, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.You'll take charge of leading collaboration with solution owners, providers, and application domain teams. Drawing upon your extensive knowledge and experience of applications, you'll actively identify opportunities to enhance user experiences through strategic training, functional improvements, and automation. Your insights will play a vital role in refining solution design, usage, and overall operations, with the ultimate goal of reducing incident volumes and requests.Experience & SkillsWith over 12 months experience in Software Development Lifecycle, youll be capable of comprehending and acting upon technical application, integration, and data information. Youll be educated to a degree level with over 18 months post-graduate working experience and be ITIL certified with 12 months experience in the use of IT Service Management Skills. You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven with meticulous attention to detail.Problem-Solving AbilitiesYour analytical, problem-solving, and logical-thinking skills enable you to comprehend and act upon technical application, integration, and data information.
