TheICEway prides itself on its collaborative environment and strong company values, enabling its team members to thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering and managing inbound customer calls.Making outbound calls to customers as needed.Resolving customer issues and providing helpful solutions.Managing customer bookings and handling queries for cruise clients.Responding to customer emails efficiently.Upselling products and processing orders in the system.Working closely with internal teams to ensure first-contact resolution.Handling escalations from colleagues.Providing accurate product and service information to customers.Working HoursFull-time: 37.5 hours per week.Rota-based shifts Monday to Friday between 8 am - 8 pm.Saturday shifts (10 am - 6 pm) on a rota basis.Part-time roles also available.Required Skills & ExperienceFluency in English is essential.Fluency in German is required for one specific role.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or similar roles is desirable.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Pension scheme.Opportunities for career development within a supportive environment.Sounds interesting?
