Reporting to the Director of ISE and working within the Principal and Presidents Office, you will work with both students and colleagues across the RVC and beyond to support the delivery of the RVCs Global Engagement Strategy and strategic partnerships goals. This role will make a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the RVCs international work by the management of international student mobility operations and through your strong support of the Director.You will communicate and collaborate effectively and will already have experience in executive support and some experience of customer-facing operations; possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and to manage your own workload.Key responsibilities include:Complex diary managementLiaising with internal and external colleagues and key stakeholders on behalf of the Director of ISEDrafting communicationsSupporting Committee meetingsArranging travel and eventsBudget and expense managementManaging the RVCs Turing scheme and other academic exchange and study abroad programmesLiaising with students, colleagues and external exchange partnersPerforming a range of other administrative tasks as requiredThis is an opportunity to enhance your talents in a long-established higher education and research institution which is committed to improving animal and human health.
