KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.We have some exciting Tutor/Trainer opportunities starting in Spring 2025!Tutor openings for the following vocations include;Warehouse and Storage TutorHospitality & Catering TutorRTITB Forklift Instructor TutorHorticulture TutorLocation:Newmarket Centre basedSalary:27,000 (inc uplift) for 4 days per week (Monday Thursday)Type:4 days per week, PermanentEssential Criteria:Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification OR an Assessors Award if you do not hold either, you must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of internal training within your role and be willing to work towards a Teaching/Training qualifications provided by the company.Must hold a min NVQ level 2 (or equiv/higher) in your specialist vocation(for the RTITB role you must hold a full RTITB FLT Instructor Licence)Experience ofdeliveringtraining in a workshop / group-based setting or providing on-the-job training within the workplace.Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Duties:Teach/assess learners in a classroom based setting, who are working towards a vocational qualifications within their chosen field.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners needs.Ensure sessions are motivating,engaging and develop learnersskills knowledge and behavioursMonitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.Provide advice and guidance to learnersrelating to decision making and progression.Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.Please note:Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
