Hybrid working is the norm with time spent at client site, home as well as your local office.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Responsibilities of the Data AnalystSupport the analysis of commercial bids as part of a procurement tender processAnalyse spend dataUtilise client data to identify cost-saving and optimisation opportunitiesAssist consultants in identifying cost-saving and optimisation opportunities in procurementCollate supplier responses through scenario-based tools and scorecards for consultants to compare cost-savings availableCreate data visualisation tools to support clients, automate and solve business problems and processesOther pertinent data activities, such as data collation and transformation, creation of data visualisation for PowerPoint decks, and optimisation of filesProvide basic Excel training to new joiners across the businessCriteria for the Data Analyst positionMust have a minimum 6 months experience in a similar roleKnowledge of Excel and comfortable with Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting and advanced formulae such as Lookups and Conditional FormulaeStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detailCreative flare and ability to visualise dataWork well under pressure and manage ambiguous requirementsConfident communication skillsSkilled at organisation and managing several tasks at onceWillingness to take constructive feedback and learnAdaptable to changing business demandsAccountable and take pride in their outputBenefits of becoming a Data Analyst at ProximaHybrid working modelCareer progressionMentorship programContinuous trainingGreat company cultureand more!If you believe yourself to be a great fit for this Data Analyst role, please apply!#J-18808-Ljbffr
