You will work with customers to understand and identify pain points in order to retain our customers and offer a compelling value proposition.This is a desk-based role that will offer hybrid working (after the initial training period, all held at Head Office in Blackburn).Duties Include:Manage CRM database and update all recordsManage and retain cancellation requestsMake outbound calls to customers and manage the customer statusTake inbound calls for cancellation requestsSupport the team on technical advice and educate customersAbility to handle objectionsAim to resolve issues and queries at the first point of contactProvide accurate written communication in a clear and professional mannerQuestion and engage with customers to understand their needs and requirementsWork in line with standards and processes set by the businessWork towards monthly retentions targetsWORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to FridayWhat We Would Like You To Bring:Previous experience in Customer Sales RetentionBe an active listener who has the ability to hold a conversation and recognise pain pointsBe self-motivated and resilient with energy and driveBe able to deliver a compelling value propositionHave the ability to work to targets and deadlinesAdditional InformationAbout Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You:Established over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
