A friendly attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service will help you thrive in this roleafter all, a smile goes a long way!Main Purpose of Role: You will play a crucial role in connecting apprentices with suitable workplace settings, ensuring a beneficial match for both employers and apprentices.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across West London and the surrounding areas through proactive sales activities, including calls, networking events, and meetings.Collaborate closely with Intake Consultants to understand the strengths and aspirations of apprentices to ensure effective placements.Match apprentices to job opportunities and facilitate interview arrangements with employers.Serve as a single point of contact for key accounts, maintaining relationships and addressing any issues with management.Ensure a good fit between apprentices and employers, monitoring the progression of these relationships.Provide structured support to learners, preparing them for interviews and their new roles.Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed and compliant before apprentices begin their employment.Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) as required by the role.Implement the Account Management strategy to ensure excellent service and retention of learners with employers.Key Objectives/KPIs:Completion and compliance of all necessary paperwork prior to the start date of apprentices.Continuous monitoring of the relationship between apprentices and employers to ensure a successful partnership.Location: Central Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter) (remotely working with customers in London) Monday - Thursday, WFH on a FridayHealth and Safety:All roles that involve daily use of display screen equipment are subject to regular assessment under HSE guidelines to ensure Swift adheres to safe working practices.Note: Please be aware that the duties and responsibilities outlined are not exhaustive, nor are they shown in the order of priority or frequency.
