Property Insurance Risk ConsultantIs your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Location: Home based with expectancy for client visits across the West of England and South WalesSalary: CompetitiveWorking with the West & South Wales Risk Management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical advice, high-quality reports, and support across our SME and Property Investors accounts. A key objective is the delivery of a first-class risk management service which supports the Companys intention to be the leading insurer in its chosen market.Travel Requirements: Although the role is home-based, you will be expected to travel when required to client meetings across the West of England and South Wales. The ability to be flexible on travel is a must. A full valid UK Drivers License is also required due to the amount of travel - a company car will be provided.A bit about the job:Producing bespoke quality survey reports and risk improvements including preparation and delivery of presentations to senior client managementManaging & coordinating risks, handling technical referrals from brokers, clients, and colleagues along with compliance with our governance frameworkDeveloping an external network of Broker relationships, as well as key internal partner relationships to ensure excellent customer service is deliveredSupporting initiatives for service and operational improvements by acting on effective feedback, sharing ideas, and engaging our team to fully work through optionsSupporting ARMS team meetings, and conference calls for the SME Regional BusinessSkills and experience were looking for:Detailed knowledge of current risk management and loss prevention practices for Property and Business Interruption risks and Liability knowledge is essentialExtensive knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice, guidance, and industry standards with experience across a wide range of tradesAbility to analyse, collate, and interpret underwriting information to ensure timely, proactive risk management decisions are madeHighly developed presentation and customer engagement skills; experience at influencing and negotiatingNEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety qualification or equivalentWhat youll get for this role:Salary is Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary.
