School Caretaker/Site Assistant to work within a school in Willenhall, required immediately. As a caretaker/site assistant you will be responsible for: Unlocking and locking up the school site as well as individual departments Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied General maintenance, DIY - fixing and put furniture together, painting Assisting with any school deliveries Overlooking the schools health and safety. Carrying out fire drills/test. Checking fire extinguishers and other health and safety aspects of the schools Liaising with contractors and escorting them around site Setting up classrooms and halls for assemblies and parents' evenings Gardening and outdoor site maintenance - lawn mowing, using a strimmer, weeding, litter picking General cleaning Requirements: Previous experience working as a school caretaker Must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure issued within the last 12 months or on the update service About You: Able to work well in a team Can work well individually Able to follow instructions Must be reliable Excellent timekeeping Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm or 11.30am-6pm Starting immediately Benefits package: Holiday pay Opportunity to work for a wide range of clients and venues Weekly pay Access to BlueArrow app to receive available job notifications, accept/decline shifts, update your availability and request holidays Discount Schemes We look forward to welcoming you to the BlueArrow Team Please click to apply!
