Key Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs Prepare detailed inventory reports Log and report maintenance issues Upload tenant reports and schedule follow-ups for the Property Manager Collect and return keys as needed What Were Looking For: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work autonomously and take initiative Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Whats in It for You?
