Internal Business Development Executive Northampton Salary: 27k-28k + OTE Circa 35k Location: Northampton Full-Time, Permanent Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? We are looking for an Internal Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Northampton. What Youll Be Doing Growing sales and market share within the region, focusing on strategic brands. Re-engaging with lapsed accounts to reignite business opportunities. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. Keeping customers updated on their orders and liaising with suppliers when needed. Staying informed on supplier updates and product availability. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to track activity and customer insights. Providing tailored quotes to meet customer needs. Onboarding new customers with a friendly, proactive approach. Offering first-class support and follow-ups to strengthen long-term customer relationships. What Were Looking For Sales experience, ideally within the security distribution sector or a similar industry. Experience using CRM/ERP systems. A confident and professional telephone manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bonus Skills Understanding of market pricing and gross profit expectations. Basic knowledge of technical product information. Formal sales training or qualification. Whats in It for You?
